Firstly, what does Genius mean?  We think of a person who is genius as one who has exceptionally super high IQ like Einstein or someone who can solve life’s mysteries.

But here’s what genius really means …..

​

"Exceptional intellectual or creative power or other natural ability".

​

For example, "she was a teacher of genius"

​

That means it’s not about exceptional IQ.  It’s just about the ability to be creative in our lives.  And the good news is that creativity can be taught.

​

The Six Thinking Hats technique (developed by Edward de Bono) is a model used for exploring different perspectives to any (complex) situation.  We will be using this model to give this program a structure and provide powerful yet easy tools for anyone to think creatively.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

     Thinking Hats model as a foundation for Creative Thinking

3. To learn how to solve problems creatively yet objectivity

     using techniques such as SBAR and 432 OSA

4.  To understand the O+B model and have an open mind to

     see opportunities and possibilities

5. To learn about Lateral thinking and how to think out of the

     box

​

6.  To test the feasibility of new ideas and create contingency

     plans

7. To facilitate discussions with other on ideas when there is

     differing opinions and strong disagreements to find a WIN-

     WIN creative solution

8.  To be able to structure new ideas into an actionable plan

      and process
